  1. Dryer vent cleaning — The process of removing dryer dust and debris that build up in the filter and dryer vents in your home. These vents become clogged over time and prevent your dryer from venting properly.

  2. Duct cleaning — The process of cleaning components of your heating and cooling system that encounter the air, including duct work throughout the home, grills, registers, coils and air handling unit. We offer full duct replacement if ducts are too old.

  3. Duct replacement — The process of removing any existing materials (including insulation, vents, and old ductwork) and installing new ducts, along with new vents, cans, grill, plenums. We install all according to Florida code regulations.

  4. Ductless air conditioner or heating system (also known as mini splits, mini-split AC, or a ductless heat pump)  — This is a type of heating and cooling system that does not require ductwork. It moves heat energy around, rather than producing it. The system has an outdoor compressor unit that is connected to one or more indoor units, mainly for garages and rooms that cannot get air or get cold enough. This is recommended for dehumidifying homes with high humidity.
